  • What happens to my watch when it arrives at Invicta headquarters?

    1. Your package for service is received at Invicta headquarters.
    2. Your package is scanned into our system.
    3. Your package is opened.
    4. A case file and number is generated in our database for your service request.
    5. Your letter is reviewed by a member of our team.
    6. All key information pertaining to your service request is detailed in the case file.
    7. Your payment of $28.00 for shipping & handling is applied to your case number.
    8. Your watch is analyzed to determine the exact nature of the service required.
    9. If the service requested is covered under the warranty, please jump to step 13.
    10. If the request is NOT covered under the warranty, it is sent to the Billing Department.
    11. You will be notified of the charges pertaining to your watch service and will have 30 days to make the payment.
    12. If the payment is not received within 30 days, your watch will be shipped back to you, unrepaired.
    13. As soon as payment is received, your watch is repacked for shipment.
    14. Your watch is shipped overseas to the Invicta Service Center.
    15. Once at the Invicta Service Center the process of service begins.
    16. Once the watch has been serviced, it is water pressure tested.
    17. The watch is placed under numerous, rigorous tests to ensure all functions are working properly.
    18. Once a watch passes all tests, it is ready to go back home.
    19. Your watch is repackaged and shipped back to Invicta headquarters.
    20. At headquarters, your watch is closely inspected by Invicta technicians.
    21. After a satisfactory inspection, the service is certified.
    22. Your watch is re-packaged with a detail of the completed work.
    23. Your serviced watch is shipped back to you!

  • 1. How do I register my watch for warranty?

  • 2. How do I extend my warranty?

    To purchase the Invicta +4 Year Platinum Warranty Extension go to extend a warranty and follow the simple steps. You will need to extend your warranty within one year of the date of purchase. 

  • 3. What is the warranty policy for an Invicta Reserve Model?

    All Invicta Reserve models come with an automatic 5 year warranty.

  • 4. What is covered under my warranty?

    From the date of purchase, your warranty covers the servicing of the movement and all its components as well as the dial, markers, hands and water-resistant pressure due to failure or breakdown. The warranty does NOT cover scratches to the crystal, case, metal band, leather, microfiber, or rubber straps or any damage resulting from normal wear and tear.

  • 5. What is the Invicta +4 Year Platinum Warranty?

    This is an extended warranty option that offers the same comprehensive coverage as the initial warranty but for an additional 4 year time period. You have one year from the original date of purchase of your watch to purchase the extended warranty. To extend your warranty go to extend a warranty and follow the simple steps. 

  • 6. Do I void my warranty if I take my watch to other than the Invicta Watch Service Center?

    Yes. In accordance with the terms of the Invicta Warranty, only qualified technicians at Invicta Service Centers may service your watch. If another jeweler opens the case-back of the watch, your Invicta warranty will be voided.

  • 7. How do I view my registered timepieces?

    Go to view my registered timepieces and browse through all of your warranty-registered Invicta timepieces along with their registration history.

  • 8. What if my watch is no longer covered under the Invicta Warranty?

    If your timepiece is no longer covered under the Invicta warranty and needs to be sent in for service, you can get an estimated idea of the service cost by looking at the service price list or going to open a service case. Once you open a case and we receive the timepiece, our technicians will evaluate it and you will receive an estimate with the recommended service and cost. You have 30 days to approve and pay for service or your timepiece will be shipped back to you.

  • 9. How do I open a service case?

    Go to open a service case and follow the simple steps.

  • 10. How do I send in my watch for service?

    Once you open a service case you will receive an email with a case number.

    a. Print your service case confirmation email and insert the report into the shipping box.
    b. Glue the Address Label to the outside of the shipping box.
    c. Do not ship your watch in the original gift box, it will not be returned.
    d. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service law strictly prohibits the shipping of exotic straps. So be certain to remove any straps made from an exotic species.
    e. Wrap the watch carefully.
    f. Insure the package with your shipper. 
    g. For international customers, shipping charges may vary and monies need to be converted to U.S. dollars.
    h. We warrant each repair for one year. That warranty applies to that repair only.
